Like most Crux owners, I have experienced issues with the standard headset from Specialized - I could never quite get the preload right or the headset would loosen up over time. The fix for that is BAA2471! It installed in a jiffy - upper and lower bearings, cover, dust cap and bolt. It is very well made and a 100% drop in replacement. The only recommendation I have is to put some grease on the o-ring of the cover and the top of the fork tube to make it easy to slide everything on. Highly recommended!!

Cane Creek just gets it right and has for years. The smooth, clean look of the 110 HS is second to none. I mean, its a bearing and a cup and cap, but what I have appreciated over my years riding a mountain bike is that simple products made really well last and stand above the rest. Thanks as always CC! These bearings are the best! Fairly easy to install and they totally stopped the death wobble in my Lectric XPeak bike!
