    Amazing Product and Incredible Customer Support

    I previously gave this product a 1 star review. Update:

    Cane Creek Marketing Manager reached out and we talked on the phone and he explained how to remove the expander plug from the steer tube. He also sent me a video that he shot on how to remove the expander plug from the steer tube. This product is very good and works very well. Cane Creek also said it was their bad becasue they did not add any removal instructions on how to remove the expander plug from the steer tube.
