I expected the eeSilk+ to basically take the edge of of chatter but it is more effective that that. On my first ride I sought out some rugged, rocky terrain to test it out and I was impressed. I was able to descend rough terrain trail faster and more comfortably that before. I'm glad I bought it.

I reluctantly purchased this seatpost because I personally think they are clunky looking, wasn't excited about the extra weight added, and they are fairly expensive. After riding it I am mad I did not purchase it years ago! I am in Florida and took this on a quick 3hr ride and hit some single track with some roots while out. Previously, my gravel gitter was fairly unpleasant on rough roads and trails. Now with the eeSilk stem and this seatpost, it really feels like there is just enough suspension to take the edge off AND you lose zero efficiency. Do not hesitate to purchase, you will love it.

eeSilk+ uses an elastomer spring to absorb impacts and smooth out your ride. Elastomers are lightweight, quiet, and naturally damped so they don't bounce or eat up valuable pedaling efficiency.
Five different elastomer springs available to tune the cushion to your preferences.
Seatposts come with medium elastomer installed (suggested for riders 150-210lbs). Softer or firmer ones available separately.

FITS MOST BIKES
