Easy to insert into the seat post system to customize the ride for a lighter rider.

I went from the 5 to the 3, and the operation was easy. the ee silk+ suspension is so very well designed that it would seem impossible to get it wrong. I've been known to do that, but not in this case. easy-peasy! one comment, and not a complaint, is that it would be nice to have the # stamped on the elastomer.
