The thudbuster and associated elastomer inserts work great. Haven’t had lower back pain while and after riding since the install.

I'm a plus size model, so I needed a stout piece of rubber. The extra firm elastomer fits the bill perfectly. Gives my seat just a bit of cushion while not being sloppy. For the cost of the post versus the cost of the elastomers, it would have been nice if all 5 levels of elastomer were included instead of just 3, but it was easy to order, arrived in 2 days, and was lower in cost than I expected.
