Verified OwnerAs a machinist/ME, building MTBs is a nice hobby to have. I have built a few biked over the past couple years and have had trouble with the plastic pre loaders that come on cranks. Theae alloy pre loaders have a better feel of tightness than the original plastic pieces. Gives a builder more confidence that all the play is out of the crank arms. Plus with the color options, it gives a custom build good options for personalized look.

These bar ends are the best. At 53-years old my hands get numb if I hold my flat bars in one position. These bar end give an excellent way to reposition my hands and have nearly eliminated any hand numbness. I highly recommend these to any one running flat bars.
Not at all like previous version, so I returned it.
