If you experience a failure of a Cane Creek product due to a suspected defect in materials or workmanship or experience any damage to your frame or other components as a result of a suspected defect in materials or workmanship of a Cane Creek product, contact Cane Creek before contacting other manufacturers or retailers and before replacing any affected components. If Cane Creek determines that any failure or damage was in fact caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, affected products or components will be repaired or replaced, by a comparable model, at Cane Creek’s sole option. This warranty is void if a replacement component from another manufacturer or retailer is utilized in place of a Cane Creek component.

All Cane Creek suspension products, including Helm, have a limited one (1) year warranty, subject to limitations. General wear and tear from suspension use is not subject to warranty, more information on what constitutes warranty coverage is specified in product owner manuals.
We are proud to offer a 100% lifetime guarantee on all 110 series headsets and Hellbender 110 bottom brackets – including bearings – purchased after August 28, 2019. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with their 110 series cups or bearings we will provide them with new product.
Our 100% guarantee is hassle free. In order to best support our customers, Cane Creek will provide entirely new product upfront, keeping you on your bike as long as possible.
