Hi Gary, I'm an engineering student at UNCA. I'm very passionate about bikes and I'm interested in working in the bicycle industry. I have a couple of questions for you?1) What advice would you give people coming out of an engineering program that want work on the manufacturing side of the bicycle industry?
2) What do you enjoy most about your job?
3) What do you find is the most challenging thing about your job?
(I know this is probably supposed to be related to shocks but if you've got time, I'd love to hear input.)
