2010
Cane Creek introduces the AngleSet™ head-tube angle-adjusting headset in 2010.
2009
Cane Creek partners with Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics in 2009 to develop the AER® family of superlight headsets. Utilizing composite bearing technology and other gram-reducing design features, the AER® reduces weight up to 50%.
2005
Cane Creek partners with Öhlins® in 2005 to develop the Double Barrel bringing Twin Tube suspension technology and 4-way independent adjustability to bicycle rear suspension.
1999
Cane Creek introduces the Thudbuster™ in 1999, a highly effective suspension alternative for hard-tail bikes.
1997
Cane Creek introduces Crono wheels with patented straight-pull, nipples at the hub design in 1997.
1996
Cane Creek introduces the Air Driver in 1996 (AD Series), a lightweight air-sprung, air-damped rear shock.
1993
Dia-Compe USA (Cane Creek) develops the Speed Check disc brake system, a forerunner of modern disc brakes.
1991
Cane Creek introduced the bicycle industry to the threadless headset (AheadSet®) in 1991, ushering in a better-engineered, simpler system for linking the critical steerer-tube/handlebar interface.
1989
Dia-Compe USA (Cane Creek) takes on manufacturing, distribution and sales of the RockShox® fork in 1989, achieving internal expertise in suspension components.
