Cane Creek Culture

The Soul Of The Creek

Cane Creek's Purpose:

To foster, develop, and provide innovative solutions that enhance the cycling experience.

Core Values & Beliefs:

Our core values reflect what is truly important to us as an organization. These are not values that change from time to time, situation to situation or person to person, but rather they are the foundation of our company.

Honesty & Integrity

We tell the truth and we hold others accountable to do the same. We think before making commitments and are dedicated to doing what we say we are going to do.

Stakeholder Balance & Alignment

We value each of our stakeholders. We recognize that without them Cane Creek could not exist. We strive to satisfy our stakeholders' needs and wants without jeopardizing the balance that must exist in order to fulfill our purpose and mission. We serve our customers, employees, vendors, shareholders, communities, and the environment with excellence, and we are aware that in order to remain sustainable each stakeholder's return must be in peaceful alignment with all others.

Intellectual Curiosity & Continuous Improvement

As a company of innovation, we seek every opportunity to unleash the collective creativity and intelligence of our team members. We recognize that everyone has a contribution to make. Curiosity, exploration, asking questions, and seeking information are critical for us to keep getting better at what we do.
