SHIPPING

1. We ship to addresses in U.S. and Canada only.
2. Following credit card approval, your order will in most cases be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). This includes orders specifying overnight or second-day shipping, so if you order today with overnight shipping, your best-case scenario is receiving your order the day after tomorrow.
3. Shipping costs are calculated with your order. You may not change your method of shipping once you have placed your order. The customer always pays shipping costs, unless a special free shipping offer is applicable.
4. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. You may ship to a different address than the purchaser’s billing address.
5. Sales tax applies if the order is delivered in North Carolina.
6. We are not responsible for the timeliness of UPS deliveries or for address information furnished incorrectly. UPS Air service may not be available in all locations.

RETURNS

1. Buyers are responsible for examining all goods before use. All purchases can be returned for a full refund minus shipping -- merchandise must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days with original invoice.
2. The customer always pays for return shipping (no C.O.D.s accepted). All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
