How do I place an order?Browse the store using the Categories menu to find the desired items, then click the Add to Cart button. For some items such as T-shirts, you'll need to specify a size or color option, then click the Add to Cart button. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click the Checkout link, displayed on the Shopping Cart page.
How do I checkout?
New Customers:
If you are a new customer, you'll be guided to register at the website prior to checkout. (For details, see the next FAQ, "How do I register?") After completing the registration process, you'll be able to designate the shipping address, choose a shipping method, and complete your purchase.
Returning Customers:
After placing items in your shopping cart, go to the Shopping Cart page. Click the Checkout link, then log in by entering your username and password.
Please note: At this time, our new online store does not contain customer account data prior to 10/21/07. Returning customers whose accounts were created before that date will need to re-register, per the steps outlined below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All Customers:
After you have logged in, your stored information such as shipping address will be displayed. If you need to edit your billing address or shipping address) you may do so at this point.
If not, continue on to select your shipping method (UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air) and payment method (Visa or MasterCard.) Review your order for accuracy, then check the box "I agree to the Terms of Service" and click the Confirm Order button.
