The Double Barrel's 4-Way Independent Adjustment delivers a performance edge no other rear shock can match.
The Double Barrel packs an ingenious combination of one-way (low-speed) valves and pressure-sensitive (high-speed) valves that deliver independent, dyno-verified control over:
- high-speed compression: big hit energy absorption
- low-speed compression: small bump sensititvity & pedal platform
- high-speed rebound: big hit recovery
- low-speed rebound: stutter bump (hi-frequency) sensitivity
Each adjustment does one thing only, so there's no crossover effect. Shock tuning is straightforward and hassle-free. In addition, there is also a separate adjuster for spring pre-load.
On the trail, this unparalleled level of adjustability means you can dial in the precise amount of high and low speed compression and rebound for flying down big hits. Then if you want, dial in the Double Barrel for heading cross-country.
